2. Personal data processed

The form may process name, phone, optional email and company, location, description, service, request date/number, campaign source and landing page. Hosting may also generate standard access and security logs.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

Data is used to receive requests, assess needs, contact you, manage quotations, maintain security and, when needed, establish, exercise or protect rights.

Processing relies on Article 5 of Law No. 6698: direct relevance to contract formation or performance, establishing/exercising/protecting a right, and the controller’s legitimate interests. This form does not collect advertising or electronic marketing consent.

4. Collection method

Data is collected electronically when you enter it in the form or contact us by phone, email or optionally WhatsApp.

5. Transfers

Data may be shared with authorised staff, hosting and communication providers as required to fulfil your request, and public bodies or legally authorised persons where a legal obligation applies.

WhatsApp is optional. Form requests are delivered by email without WhatsApp. Clicking its button opens the platform, whose privacy terms then apply.

6. Retention period

Requests that do not become contracts are retained for up to two years unless a dispute or legal obligation applies. Customer records are kept for statutory periods and then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Data subject rights

Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698, you may learn whether your personal data is processed; request information about processing, its purpose and whether it is used accordingly; learn the recipients; request correction of incomplete or incorrect data, deletion or destruction when the conditions are met, and notification of these actions to recipients; object to an adverse outcome arising exclusively from automated analysis; and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
