Fully automatic washing at a new facility with standard and operator-defined recipes.

Result

The tank washing facility was built from scratch for fully automatic operation. Operators can wash using standard recipes or define their own.

Need

A new tank washing facility was intended to operate fully automatically with operator-selected recipes.

Implementation

We prepared automation panels and implemented tank washing through Siemens PLC, HMI and SCADA. Panel and field equipment were integrated with control for recipe-based operation.
