Panel equipment layout, connections and field integration.
Power and control equipment within one project
Tekel Elektrik assesses panel equipment, field connections and scope together for automation, control and distribution needs. Our portfolio includes automation panels, LV distribution and compensation.
Assessment of equipment layout and connection access
Power and control circuit wiring
Selection of drives, relays, circuit breakers and terminals within project scope
Panel, field and automation integration
Which needs is it suitable for?
For new machines/facilities, panel retrofits and combined power/control equipment. Special certification or test reports must be scoped before quotation.
Quotation and delivery conditions
Drawings, loads, I/O lists, existing equipment, environmental conditions and layout dimensions support the initial assessment. Testing, documentation and commissioning are defined in the contract and quotation.
An organised, maintainable assembly of power and control equipment for a new facility, machine or retrofit.
Technical scope
Equipment selection, enclosure layout, internal wiring, labelling and field interfaces are assessed against drawings and load information.
When it is suitable
Factory distribution, machine control, drive applications and automation retrofits.
Prerequisites & limitations
Current, fault level, environment, protection rating and installation conditions must be established. Standard compliance, testing and certification are specified in writing; no certification is implied by default.
Delivery scope
Agreed panel assembly, wiring and labelling; the quotation defines electrical drawings, test records, installation and commissioning services.
Quotation process
Share the site location, existing equipment, process or fault requirements and intended scope. After technical assessment and a site visit where needed, equipment, software, labour, schedule and deliverables are defined in a written quotation. No fixed price, uninterrupted operation or specific savings percentage is promised.
Technical scope and project inputs
This table does not declare fixed product ratings or certification. Numerical values, material selection and compatibility are determined by the survey and project documents.

Measurements and capacity
Panel dimensions (mm), rated voltage (V), current (A), cable cross-sections (mm²) and protection requirements are defined by the project.
Materials and equipment
Enclosure material, busbars, terminals, contactors, relays and breakers; brands, models and quantities are agreed in the quotation.
System compatibility
Compatibility with field connections, loads and automation devices is reviewed; IP ratings and standards compliance are not asserted without documentation.
Delivery scope
Equipment layout, internal wiring, labelling and field integration are scoped; tests and handover documents are specified in the agreement.
