Fully automatic washing at a new facility with standard and operator-defined recipes.

Result

The tank washing facility was built from scratch for fully automatic operation. Operators can wash using standard recipes or define their own.

Need

A new tank washing facility was intended to operate fully automatically with operator-selected recipes.

Implementation

We prepared automation panels and implemented tank washing through Siemens PLC, HMI and SCADA. Panel and field equipment were integrated with control for recipe-based operation.

Need

The new factory required electrical infrastructure from scratch, combining distribution, compensation and internal installations.

Implementation

We prepared compensation and LV panels, laid cables and carried out internal installations. Contactors, relays and circuit breakers were connected to establish the factory infrastructure.

Making machine consumption data visible in SCADA through communications.

Result

Machine energy information that could not previously be monitored became visible through SCADA. The operator can now monitor consumption of the machines covered by the project.

The existing system could not show machine consumption. Energy information was requested in the automation and SCADA environment.

Implementation

We established communications to obtain machine energy data and integrated it into automation and SCADA, making consumption accessible in one monitoring environment.
